A classic American favourite adapted to our Yorkshire tastes.  Melted chocolate combined with traditional cake ingredients and mixed with chopped walnuts to create a moist and deep chocolate treat.

Cinnamon & Date slice

A traditional shortcake recipe combined together with chopped dates and cinnamon. A combination of flavours both from home and away.

Based on the Bakewell classic, traditional short crust pastry topped with Blackcurrant jam and coated with an almond sponge. A long time favourite of mine and always popular with both the young and the old.
